YourReebok

ActionScript @Fluid August 2007 - August 2008

YourReebok (née RbkCustom) is a Flash-based, shoe configurator that Fluid built in 2005 and has maintained since. I helped redesign and integrate it into their internationalized web site.

FineStationery Web Site

HTML/CSS/JavaScript @Fluid August 2006 - October 2006

FineStationery.com sells customized stationery and party invitations to consumers. I worked on two separate projects with them as Fluid's technical lead and senior HTML developer.

The North Face In-Store Kiosk

Interaction Design @Fluid January 2006 - March 2006

Fluid teamed up with Microsoft and The North Face to showcase emerging technologies using real-world products. I refined the schematics for the in-store, touch-based kiosk.

Macrovision TotalPlay

HTML/CSS/JavaScript @Fluid April 2005 - November 2005

Macrovision is an industry leader in intellectual property protection technologies. I engineered the user interface for their TotalPlay application.

The North Face Web Site

HTML/CSS/JavaScript @Fluid December 2003 - March 2004

This was Fluid's first project with The North Face. I was the sole client-side developer, responsible for creating all the templates for the site.

Sanrio Shop

HTML/CSS/JavaScript @Fluid October 2006 - April 2007

Sanrio, a globally recognized brand steeped in cuteness, hired Fluid to build HTML/CSS templates for their online store built on the Demandware platfom. I was the technical lead and lead developer on this project.

Timberland Custom Boots

Interaction Design @Fluid April 2005 - June 2005

Timberland had an existing web application for customizing boots, but it provided a poor user experience. I refined schematics and user flows for an updated, Flash-based application that resulted in a dramatically increased conversion rate.

Charles Schwab

Information Architect @Fluid January 2001 - August 2003

Schwab hired Fluid to assist upper-level management in making business decisions and to facilitate internal communications. Over the course of six projects, I helped conceptualize financial analysis tools and develop prototype documentation used to explain the Schwab philosophy and strategic approach.

netVmg Demo Movie

Interaction Design @Fluid August 2001 - October 2001

netVmg, which was acquired in 2003, specialized in re-routing corporate Internet traffic to achieve the best performance-to-cost ratio. I created storyboards and animatics for the demo movie that explained their technology.

Reuters / TIBCO

Interaction Design @Fluid May 2001 - June 2001

Reuters / TIBCO hired Fluid to build several interactive movies to be played at the Strategic Directions 2001 Conference. I created a series of business flows and technical diagrams that illustrated global financial transactions.

StudioDirect

Information Architect @Fluid August 2000 - January 2001

Li & Fung, a century-old global sourcing and manufacturing company, created the StudioDirect service to provide merchants with a tool for customizing, branding, purchasing and tracking products online. I was a member of the Information Architecture team for beta, and the lead Information Architect for version one.

Autodesk's iDesign Online

Information Architect @Zada June 2000 - August 2000

Autodesk's iDesign Online was the world's largest online B2B event in 2000. Over 40,000 architects, engineers, designers and GIS professionals attended over 60 seminars online. I designed the schematics and user flows for this event.

Zoomerang

HTML Programmer @Zada August 1999 - June 2000

Zoomerang is MarketTools consumer-oriented, online survey creation and reporting tool. I wrote well-commented, modular, table-based HTML templates for the application. In later stages I also assisted in release management/coordination.
